Early-blooming variety

One cut annual variety. Used as herbage in autumn and spring, cultivated alone or with other plants, used also for silage.

Technical characteristics

Agronomic characteristics:

well adaptable to soils where other leguminous plants have growing difficulties, especially in loose soils with low moisture content. The red flower appears around the first week of May, when cutting is recommended for haymaking.

Sowing:

autumn or spring with 2.5 to 3.5 tons per hectare

Production:

good production of palatable and tasty biomass that can produce 30 tons/ha. If used for green manure, planting can be delayed.

Tolerance:

excellent frost tolerance, good fungal infection tolerance.

10 and 25 kg
